Ensure that all items you have selected to return fit in one parcel. If all of the items don't fit into one parcel, please inform our Customer Care Professional and we will provide you with an additional shipping label.
You'll receive your complimentary shipping label once your return has been authorized, which you'll need to present when dropping off your return, along with your tracking number so you can track your return.
Your return shipping label is valid for 7 days and can be used at over 150 POPStation location island wide. Skip the queue and print your shipping label at the POPStation!
* Printing facility is unavailable for POPStations located at Yishun Post Office, Kebun Baru CC, Bukit Panjang Plaza, Lot One, Macpherson PO and Telok Blangah CC.
The POPStation lockers are available in 3 sizes:
Small: 42cm (W) x 10cm (H) x 61cm (D)
Medium: 42cm (W) x 23.5cm (H) x 61cm (D)
Large: 42cm (W) x 37cm (H) x 61cm (D)
You can also return your parcel at Singapore Post postal office for parcel bigger than the locker size.
