Our returns are free! Not sure how to submit your return request? You are at the right page!
The guidelines are as below:
A return request can only be initiated once you have successfully received the product(s).
Registered Account
1. Sign-in to your account and click "My Account"
2. Go to "My Orders".
3. Select on the order that you wish to return.
4. In the order page, click "Return".
5. Fill in the requested fields.
Guest Account
1. You can directly access the Orders and Returns page or from the main page click on "Orders & Returns".
2. Fill in your order details in the mandatory fields and click "Continue".
3. You may create a return request under "Return Items Information". Select the product that you would like to return and provide us the reason to return.
4. Click ‘Submit’.
Now that you have successfully submitted the return form, what’s next?
Our Customer Care Professional will be in touch with you within 1-2 working days to coordinate the date and time. Do take note that returns without authorization will not be accepted. This is including returns mailed to our corporate office directly.
