How do I amend my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to amend any submitted and confirmed orders. Nonetheless, once you have received your order, you may opt for a return/refund and repurchase the item(s) of your choice

How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if it has not been packed yet. For order placed more than 1 hour ago, please Contact Us promptly to request for order cancellation.
Follow the instructions below for order placed less than 60 minutes:
Registered Account
- Log into My Account by clicking Sign In at the top right hand corner of the main page.
- Go to My orders and select the order you're looking to cancel.
- Click Cancel Order
- Choose Reason to Cancel and click Submit
Guest Account:
- You can directly access the Orders and Returns page or from the main page click on "Orders & Returns".
- Fill in your order details in the mandatory fields and click "Continue".
- Click on Cancel Order
- Choose Reason to Cancel and click Submit.
*Kindly note that if you are eligible to cancel the order, it may take 7 days to process your refund and it will be credited to your original payment method.
