All online transactions made by wt+ members will earn wt+ points. Do ensure that registered email address for the brand online store and wt+ account is identical. Do ensure you are signed up and signed in as an online member to continue earning points upon checkout.
1. What happens if member forgets their login email or password? Member can login to wt+ portal to reset the password for the account to check for their email or password. Alternatively, please contact help desk at help@wtplus.com.sg

2. When will the wt+ points be reflected in my membership account? For online transactions, points are awarded based on the final purchase price after taking into product returns and exchanges done within 14-Day Exchange Policy, plus 7 days of points processing. Earned points are reflected on the 21st day after ordered products are fully delivered. If the 21st day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the earned points will be reflected on the following business day. Eg. If member purchase on 1 July 2021 (Thur), they will receive the online points on 22 July 2021 (Thur). |
3. How do members check wt+ points earned? Login to https://www.wtplus.com.sg/ to view points balance. |
4. What if I did not receive my points for online transaction? Kindly contact help desk at help@wtplus.com.sg with an attachment of members’ online invoice.
